HAIR APPOINTMENTS

WE DO NOT WASH HAIR HERE.

Please arrive with your hair clean and completely dry. After you shampoo DO NOT apply conditioner to your roots! If you must use a conditioner, only apply it to your ends. Also, Do not add any leave-in serums, conditioners, or anything that will weigh down your hair and prevent your hair from holding a style. If you have naturally tight curly hair and you want a smoother style, please arrive with it already blown out or straightened.

 

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive with a clean face with absolutely no makeup on. A $10 fee will be added if we have to remove your makeup for you.

 

It’s best to exfoliate your skin the night before or the morning of, to remove any build up and dullness. Also, don’t forget to moisturize and drink plenty of water to get your skin as hydrated and healthy as possible! If you plan to wax your eyebrows or face, please do so at least 3 days prior to your appointment as makeup does not stick to freshly waxed skin.

 

We do offer skincare consultations and regimens upon request to help you improve any of your skin concerns. Remember, flawless looking makeup starts with healthy skin!

 

ATTIRE

Make sure to wear something loose fitting or a button down to ensure that you don't ruin your hair or makeup when changing.

 

BEFORE & AFTER HOUR FEES

A $25 fee will be added to any appointments scheduled before 8am or after 6pm.

 

HOLIDAYS

A $50 fee will be added if you would like to book an appointment on a holiday.

 

LATE FEES

Please be on time for your appointments! If you are more than 15 minutes late then you forfeit your appointment. If time permits and you would still like to resume your appointment, a $25 fee will be added.

 

NO SHOW POLICY

We are more than happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if needed but please be courteous and let us know in advance. If you are a no call/ no show, you will be banned from any other future bookings.
