BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES

BOOKINGS
All appointments are on-location. To inquire about availability and pricing, please submit the contact form or email BeautifiedbyBekah@gmail.com.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment or event date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, and Apple Pay. If you choose to pay with a card, additional service charges will be added.

FULL PAYMENT
To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our artists, All services must be paid in full together as one transaction upon completion.

SERVICE CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
For weddings and events, If you wish to add or cancel services, please provide a notice of at least 30 days in advance. This allows us to allocate resources and schedule accordingly. Once the final quote is given and the 30-day deadline has passed, any cancellations will still require payment in full.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any add-ons requested on the day of the appointment, beyond what was originally agreed upon, may incur additional charges. These charges will be communicated and added to the remaining balance in one transaction.

TRAVEL FEES
The travel fee starts at $75 and varies on the location.
For early morning start times (before 7am) an additional fee starting at $25 will be added.
Any parking fees will also be added to the final total.

HOLIDAYS
Services booked on major holidays are subject to an additional $50 holiday fee. This fee amount may vary and will be clearly discussed at the time of booking.

GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in our service prices. If you are satisfied with the quality of service provided by our artists and would like to tip them, you may do so separately.
